At the beginning of 2026, Icesource (CBFI) received a special letter from the local government of Shiqi Town (where our company locates at). In the letter, the town government commended the company with high remarks including “driving income growth, promoting industrial coordination, serving people’s livelihood, and injecting strong momentum”, highlighting Icesource (CBFI)’s industrial contributions and sense of responsibility in advancing the regional “10,000 Mu & 100 Billion Yuan” strategy. The town government also awarded Icesource (CBFI) the honorary title of “Outstanding Contribution”.

This is not only a high recognition of Icesource (CBFI)’s value, but also proof that the company has evolved from an enterprise focused on refrigeration system R&D and manufacturing into a responsible entity deeply integrated into local development and moving in tandem with regional growth. 01 Uphold tech roots, guard green homes with energy-saving innovation.

Since 2004, Icesource (CBFI) has been committed to in-depth innovation and R&D on medium- and low-temperature refrigeration systems. From the successful development of the world’s first large-scale cube ice machine to our current full industrial chain covering commercial ice making, industrial refrigeration, food quick-freezing and cold chain solutions, we have served business customers in more than 170 countries and regions worldwide.

We deeply understand that refrigeration equipment is energy-intensive. Only through technological breakthroughs can we achieve a win-win situation between development and environmental protection.Our patented technologies, including flat-wall heat exchange and circulating hot-gas ice harvesting, directly heat the evaporator using compressor discharge heat, greatly shortening the defrosting and ice-harvesting cycle and reducing overall energy consumption by more than 10% compared with similar equipment. The energy-storage receiver cuts refrigerant charge by 16%, and waste heat recovery ensures every kilowatt-hour of electricity is fully utilized.Tube ice machines and cube ice machines from Icesource (CBFI) consume 5%–8% less electricity per ton of ice than the industry standard. Behind these figures lies our persistent pursuit of green manufacturing.

We provide tailored cold chain systems for aquaculture, food, supermarkets and other sectors, achieving an industrial value upgrade of “1+1>2”.

03 Rooted locally, empowering regional growth through industrial collaboration.

An enterprise’s roots lie deep in the soil where it grows. Over the years, by linking upstream and downstream industries, Icesource (CBFI) has taken root in Guangzhou, Changsha and other regions, directly creating more than 500 local jobs and indirectly generating over 1,000 positions in logistics, installation, operation and maintenance, bringing the benefits of industrial development to thousands of households.We have been deeply involved in the cold chain upgrading of agricultural, sideline and fishery products in towns and villages, reducing losses in food circulation—equivalent to an “invisible increase in output” for farmlands and oceans. This is just like afforestation: a single tree cannot change the climate, but a forest can conserve water and soil and benefit the whole region.
